Health and vitality for your furriest (or feathered) family member means more to us than regular check-ups and medical attention when they need it.

At Epsom Avenue Veterinary Clinic, we care about the total wellbeing of your pets. We know it can be quite a responsibility bringing home a new pet; after all, they are normally a part of your family for many years.

That’s why we do more than other vet clinics in Perth.

From specialised nutrition advice to flea and tick control products and everything in between – even microchips and puppy pre-school – we are your one-stop veterinary clinic for expert advice and high-quality pet care products for small animals.

So no matter what you and your pet need, we can help.

Microchip

Microchips for dogs and cats are required by law and enforced by local councils in Western Australia. If your pet wanders off it only takes a scan of the microchip for you to be reunited. Microchips are a very important part of pet ownership. If your pet is not already microchipped get in touch with us immediately to book an appointment.

Epsom Avenue Veterinary Clinic can microchip your cat or dog during a routine check-up and help you to update your contact details on the registry.

Puppy Pre-School

They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. That may or may not be true, but there is one thing we do know: puppy pre-school is an essential part of raising a new best friend.

Young puppies learn obedience, toilet training, and social skills in puppy pre-school. You will also learn new things, like how to develop and nurture a bond with your dog and how to read their personality.

We run a 5-week program on Tuesday evenings for puppies aged 8-14 weeks and a 5-week program on Sunday afternoons for senior puppies aged 12-22 weeks.

Learn more here about puppy pre-school.

Flea and tick control products

Preventative medicine to guard against parasites needs to be part of your monthly routine. Fleas, heartworm, ticks and other pests can cause distress for your pet and your family, and in some cases are fatal for animals.

We stock a wide variety of topical treatments, tablets and other medication to keep your pet free from parasites. Our experienced vet nurses will advise on the best flea and tick control products and heartworm medication to suit your pet based on their age, allergies and environment.
